My Lyford Cay Foundation funded education transformed me into a visionary person, which birthed my purpose with tremendous passion.
My vision is for The National L.E.A.D. Institute is to become the leading community correctional organisation in our region, offering effective and innovative programs that bring about change in the participants’ lives. It is my intent through the vision of LEAD to build nations…one community at a time.
For me, it was very important to return home to help other young men who shared my background of being an “at-risk” teenager. Hence educating, empowering and showing them how they can have ownership of their life’s purpose and dreams. I would always encourage my fellow country man to return home and give back to their various communities providing more opportunities for them to excel in their lives.
