Receiving the Lyford Cay Foundation scholarship meant the realisation of a goal that I set at a very young age — to become to a barrister by profession. This discipline has served as the foundation for my professional accomplishments. My pursuit of education has allowed me to have international exposure, create a global network and have many options as it relates to career advancement.
The alumni of the Foundation have excelled in all spheres of Bahamian society and are a part of the continuing struggle of national development. They have helped to move our country forward.
