EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR SEARCH
The Board of Directors of the Lyford Cay Foundations announce the launch of an executive search to fill the position of Executive Director, Lyford Cay Foundations.
We applaud the work and contributions of our current Executive Director, Felicity Humblestone, who will be transitioning out of this role on December 31, 2020.
Felicity joined our team ten years ago in August 2010 as the Programme Director of FOCUS. Reflecting on her time with us, Felicity highlighted her team and the joys of her work. “I had the honor of leading a talented team of professionals, all of whom are dedicated to improving the communities that we serve. And I have experienced the true joy of working with and seeing the impact of donor support in the lives of our beneficiaries.”
Felicity developed and launched FOCUS, our inaugural college access programme which has been an exceptional addition to the Foundation’s programming. She provided exemplary leadership and brought effusive energy to this work. Felicity has helped deepen the role of the Foundation in our community and her leadership has been critical to strengthening our programmes and expanding our reach. We are immensely grateful for her contributions and her unflagging commitment to the work of the Foundations.
Described by our Chairman Basil Goulandris as “an outstanding ambassador”. Felicity he explained most recently administered the Foundations’ significant support of hurricane Dorian relief and our COVID 19 food assistance programme. “On behalf of the Board we sincerely thank Felicity for her ten years of dedicated commitment and leadership.”
We now launch a search to identify a strong highly capable, experienced individual to provide leadership for the continued work of the Foundations.

An outstanding manager of people, partnerships, systems and processes, the ideal candidate will be mission driven and self-directed, with strong negotiation skills, interpersonal savvy, and proven organisational agility.
