Lyford Cay Foundation, Inc. and The Canadian Lyford Cay Foundation rely entirely on donations to carry out their work, and gratefully accept gifts from individuals, companies and other charitable groups to effectively address a broad spectrum of needs within our community.

We act as meticulous stewards for donated funds, investing and managing them wisely, and distributing them in a timely and equitable fashion. We carefully screen all applications for assistance, carry out face-to-face interviews and site visits, review financial and performance reports, and continually evaluate outcome.

Right now, more than 200 Bahamians are broadening their horizons at institutions of higher learning abroad and at The College of The Bahamas, and dozens of local non-profits are expanding their capacity to serve, as a result of financial assistance provided by our generous donors.
